At lunch the other day, George Minardos and I talked about our common interest in work, life and the human condition. As we both have a high interest in Leadership we also kicked around our ideas about Leadership.build and how we can create a place to expand our learning, share information and develop a community of individuals with similar interests.
As I told George – it’s hard to find any “new thoughts – doesn’t it seem someone has already said that before.” The trick is to connect the dots, and see understand how these lessons apply in your life. We have alot to learn from the past, present and future.
